OverviewMortgage Broker/Agent - RemoteOur client is a rapidly expanding independent brokerage at the forefront of innovation, active in BC, Alberta, and Ontario. They are presently seeking to onboard brokers who embody an entrepreneurial spirit and possess the determination to contribute to the team's growth.ResponsibilitiesCultivate customer relationships through a thorough understanding of client needs, wants, and desires. Build trust and assess the best mortgage options, terms, and rates to provide optimal financial solutions.Collaborate closely with real estate professionals, lawyers, accountants, the public, lenders, and underwriters.Maintain positive relationships with lending partners, qualify clients, and manage the funding process for various mortgage types, including Purchase Financing, Switch/Transers, Refinances, HELOCs, and Privates.Escalate any document discrepancies or issues to the Director/Managing Broker for review and consultation.Ensure documentation compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines and maintain clear, concise notes on all files.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of previous brokering or lending experience with a track record of at least $5 million.Valid Mortgage Broker/Agent License.Excellent communication skills, strong time management, entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, growth mindset, and a positive attitude.Proficiency with a smartphone, computer, and relevant software; good understanding of financing and debt management.What you will get in returnFull-time position based in BC, Alberta, and Ontario with the flexibility to work remotely.Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.What you need to do nowIf you are interested in this role, click 'apply now', or call us at 647 370 8488 for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
