The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career in Retail and continued growth with Aritzia.THE ROLESSupport the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiencesSupport the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiencesCurate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environmentAs a Style Advisor, you will:Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertiseCreate meaningful, memorable experiencesBuild personalized connections to enhance client loyaltyAs a Service Advisor, you will:Welcome clients and direct them appropriatelyPrepare products and process transactions efficientlyPackage products for an elevated experienceSupport operations at the Service CounterAs an Inventory Associate, you will:Process shipments accurately and efficientlyStrategically place products and uphold display standardsSupport cross-channel shopping experiences and retail operationsAs a Merchandiser, you will:Process shipments and place products on the sales floorTranslate product stories and validate display standardsSupport seamless operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and OperationsTHE QUALIFICATIONSAn aspirational sense of individual styleA commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's values and leadership principlesAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsA dedication to quality and resultsTHE COMPENSATIONThe typical hourly range is $20 - $30.
