Job Summary The Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) plays a critical role as a strategic advisor to senior executives, shaping financial strategy and driving long‑term business success. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO and executive team, delivering financial insights that drive growth, margin improvement, operational excellence, and long‑term value. Provide strategic financial modeling and insights to support corporate initiatives, capital allocation and investment decisions. Translate business strategies into financial outcomes to support executive decision making. Deliver executive‑level reporting highlighting trends, market dynamics, risks and opportunities. Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and business partnership across Healthcare, Senior Living and Remote businesses. Align financial planning with organizational goals and priorities. Ensure strong financial governance, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Build and lead a high‑performing finance and analytics team, fostering accountability and collaboration. Drive adoption of best‑in‑class financial systems, analytics and reporting tools. Requirements Post‑secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; CPA required. 10+ years of work experience, including 7 years in FP&A and 3+ years in a leadership role. Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills; trusted advisor of business leadership. Ability to operate under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deliverables. Collaborative thinking, ability to build cross‑functional consensus. Results‑driven, innovative and proactive mindset. Strong business case development skills.
