Our mission is to empower mothers and mother‑aligned practitioners with transformational learning, supportive community, and trusted resources —all rooted in traditional wisdom and backed by modern science. Position Summary We are seeking a part‑time Social Media & Content Producer to support our marketing efforts by creating high‑quality content that aligns with Oh Baby’s brand, voice, and content pillars. This role is focused on strategy, planning, and execution. You will collaborate with our Founder and Operations team, then transform ideas, outlines, and messaging into polished content ready to publish across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail‑oriented, and comfortable producing graphics, reels, carousels, captions, repurposed content, and light editing. You should be able to work within an established brand voice and consistently follow creative frameworks. This role may expand over time depending on performance, content quality, and business needs. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Production Contribute to overall social media growth and engagement strategy Develop and produce social media assets based on outlines, scripts, content pillars, and brand guidelines Design graphics, carousels, stories, and static posts in Canva Edit short‑form videos and Reels Repurpose existing content into new formats Write captions in Oh Baby's brand voice Build and maintain a consistent content calendar and prepare weekly content batches for review and scheduling Support planning for campaigns and launches (including enrollment periods, new product rollouts, and collaborations) Social Media Support Prepare posts for publishing—formatting, sizing, adding captions and hashtags as directed Schedule approved content using a content planning platform Track performance metrics (reach, saves, shares, comments), compile monthly summaries, and derive learnings from analytics to shape future content Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and tags in a warm, professional voice Workflow & Collaboration Attend weekly content ideation check‑ins Follow approval workflow before publishing Receive feedback constructively and revise content promptly Maintain organized content folders, templates, and asset libraries Collaborate cross‑functionally with team members to align messaging and ensure brand consistency Requirements Strong background with a minimum of 5 years working in social media management and content creation for brand accounts with 50K+ followers Proficient in Canva and basic video editing tools Excellent writing skills with a knack for storytelling Strong eye for visual design Understanding of Instagram formats, trends, and best practices Strategic thinking and experience owning analytics and performance tracking Ability to work efficiently with clear direction Preferred Familiarity with holistic nutrition, motherhood, or wellness spaces Experience working with education brands, coaches, or online programs Interest in women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or baby nutrition Skills & Qualifications Highly organized, reliable, and communicative Able to match an existing brand voice and visual identity Excellent attention to detail, adaptable, and open to feedback Self‑starter with strong time management Knowledge & Access Software: Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). Proficient in and/or eager to learn Canva, Kajabi (learning management system), Klaviyo, Zoom, Slack, Google Drive, and any other software we implement in the future. Reliable internet and computer access, as this is a fully remote role. While we love hiring our graduates, unfortunately, this role is not open to current OBN students. Working Conditions This is a fully remote role and team, which means the working conditions and schedule are up to you. Oh Baby Nutrition is officially open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time; however, you are welcome to set a schedule outside of these hours. You must be available for set weekly video meetings with cross‑functional teams and your direct manager, as needed.
