Mental Health & Wellness Coordinator Ministry: Justice | Location: Edmonton | Hours: 36.25 per week (Full Time) | Classification: Program Services 4 | Salary: $3,056.50 – $4,006.62 bi‑weekly ($79,774 – $104,572/year) | Closing Date: November 6, 2025 | Requisition ID: 76745 Role Overview The Alberta Crown Prosecution Service (ACPS) prosecutes criminal offences and works to promote safe communities. The Mental Health & Wellness Coordinator will lead, direct, engage and administer mental health programming across the Division under the direction of the Director of Workforce Planning. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the Peer Support Program (PSP). Lead delivery of The Working Mind (TWM) training throughout the Division. Collaborate with Wayfound to deliver the Before Operational Stress Program. Research and implement additional mental health and wellness initiatives for ACPS staff. Partner with the Disability Management team to assess cases of non‑occupational and occupational injury and illness. Candidate Qualifications Significant experience managing supports for workplace trauma and mental health injuries. Knowledge of community mental health resources and supports. Foundational understanding of health and wellness concepts. Demonstrated knowledge of disability management and return‑to‑work processes. Proficient with Occupational Health & Safety Act, Human Rights Code, and Employment Standards Act. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Academic and Professional Requirements University degree in mental health, nursing, education or a directly related field. Minimum four years of progressive, responsible experience in a mental health area. Current driver’s licence. Experience delivering training in the mental health field. Preferred Experience (Assets) Leading successful teams and projects. Additional Information Final candidates will undergo a security screening.
