Since 2014, we've grown into a trusted industry leader by delivering exceptional service, customized support, and cutting-edge technology, backed by a team that’s passionate, authentic, and results-driven.What You'll DoOwn and grow a high-value book of business, leveraging your experience to drive strategic opportunitiesLead the entire sales cycle from targeted outreach and solution consultation and closingBuild deep relationships with key IT decision-makers, including Directors, VPs, and Procurement LeadsAct as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutionsMaintain a strong pipeline to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goalsCollaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to drive mutual successLeverage Salesforce to track activity, analyze data, and forecast accuratelyMentor junior reps and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and strategyWhat You BringOver 5 years in B2B sales in an IT resellerExpertise in managing long sales cyclesSelf-starter mentality with the discipline to work autonomously and the drive to exceed targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM toolsBonus Points If You HaveExperience working with channel partners, distributors, and IT manufacturersFamiliarity with hardware, software, and cloud-based solution sellingPrior success in a high-growth, fast-paced sales environmentCompensationBase salary from 70K - 80KThe on-target earnings (including commission) in year 1 range from: 100K to 175K.Commissions are uncapped, exceeding the target generates significantly greater incomeWhy You'll Love It HereA trusting work culture: Get the job done.
