Financial Advisor - Brooks Role: Financial Advisor at Servus Credit Union, Brooks Branch. Full‑time (37.5 hours per week). Posting closes December 1, 2025. Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, your primary objective is to develop long‑term relationships with members, building trust, and delivering customized financial solutions that help them feel good about their money. What You'll Be Doing Identify opportunities to match members with the right products and solutions to enhance their financial fitness. Meet and exceed sales targets and referral goals. Participate in and support business development plans through corporate/branch marketing campaigns. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and engage members in conversations to determine their immediate needs. Develop ongoing knowledge of our current investment/retail banking services and products (e.g., mutual funds, underwriting, credit, loans, investment needs). Promote referrals to our Wealth Management, Business Banking teams, and third‑party providers. Build a comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends. Adhere to all audits, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks of fraud or loss. Provide outstanding member experience by adhering to Servus' best practices. Contribute to Servus' culture of teamwork, positivity, and collaboration. Maintain Servus' positive image in the community. What You Bring To qualify, you will need at least 2 years of retail banking or related financial industry experience, preferably in sales or customer service, and a high school diploma. Additional Education/Certifications (Valuable Assets) Post‑secondary education in Finance or related studies. Investment Funds in Canada Course & License (IFIC).
