Join to apply for the Travel Coordinator role at Pomerleau Responsibilities Coordinate and process flight bookings for personnel traveling to and from the remote site using a dedicated charter service. Monitor flight schedules for changes, delays, or cancellations and communicate updates to travelers and stakeholders. Assist the Travel Manager with optimizing flight schedules, reporting on bookings, and supporting airline contract negotiations. Act as the main contact for trade partners, managing flight requests and ensuring compliance with travel policies. Collaborate with camp booking management to align accommodation logistics with flight schedules. Maintain a strong relationship with the charter airline, resolving booking issues and communicating passenger needs. Provide clear travel instructions to passengers and assist with any disruptions or concerns. Keep accurate records of flight bookings and passenger data, and generate reports as needed. Manage townhome bookings at the site, including cleaning arrangements and inventory oversight. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Travel Manager to support travel operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum 3 years of experience in travel coordination, airline reservations, or related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience working with airline reservation systems and travel booking platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
