What You Will Be Doing Uncovering hidden trends in educational data with AI, crafting innovative teaching strategies that redefine science education. Creating AI-driven virtual labs and simulations to make complex science concepts tangible and engaging. Developing adaptive learning paths that adjust in real-time, making science accessible and exciting for all learners. Collaborating with an eclectic team of educators, scientists, and AI specialists to expand the horizons of science education, affecting the learning experiences of countless students. Turning intricate scientific texts into AI-enhanced, digestible content that sparks a love for science among students. What You Won’t Be Doing Managing conventional science curricula or performing administrative duties—this role focuses on innovation and strategic enhancement of science education. Working in isolation—you'll be part of a vibrant team advancing AI's role in science education. Sticking to theory alone—each AI solution you create will have a tangible impact on students' comprehension and application of scientific ideas. Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities Lead efforts to significantly improve student science learning outcomes through AI-enabled analysis and strategy, achieving a twofold increase in concept mastery across biology, chemistry, physics, and more. Basic Requirements A Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, etc.) Over 3 years of experience in teaching science or developing science curricula, with proven results in enhancing learning outcomes Basic programming skills in any language Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning Proven ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights Strong communication skills, capable of conveying intricate scientific ideas to a wide range of stakeholders professionally About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
