The mandate of this role will focus on sizing and solutioning cost optimization projects for branch operations and technology. Your role will involve:• Project Sizing and Solutions: Handling a diverse range of tasks, including sizing projects and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.• Digital Transformation: Leading initiatives to digitize processes, such as improving ATM refill methods and branch maintenance procedures.• Collaborative Efforts: Working alongside other team members rather than independently, ensuring a cohesive approach to problem-solving and solution implementation.• Business Case Development: Crafting compelling business cases, building models in Excel, and providing necessary inputs to support decision-making.• Cost Optimization: Identifying opportunities to centralize repairs and maintenance, aiming for a 5-10% cost reduction.
