Whether it’s packaging, documentation, or communication, our high standards are our signature.Your MissionEquip every institution with the SIM POC devices they need to unlock the full potential of their training.SummaryWe are looking for a bilingual Product Specialist with a background in healthcare, ideally a nurse, respiratory therapist, or paramedic, who is eager to bring simulation to life across training environments. Based in or near Montreal (Saint-Henri), you will visit simulation centers, represent Innov2Learn at conferences around the world, and act as the bridge between end users and our R&D team. No sales experience is required as we will provide the training. Experience working in academic settings or with CRM tools is a plus. A valid driver’s licence and passport are required.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate personalized quotes based on client needs and product configurationsLead product demonstrations, primarily online, with occasional in-person sessionsVisit simulation centers, nursing schools, and hospitals to support adoption of Innov2Learn devicesRepresent Innov2Learn at conferences and events locally and internationallyProvide actionable feedback to the R&D team based on field experience and client interactionsMaintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities within our CRM (training provided)Support marketing and product teams by sharing relevant use cases, testimonials, and insightsQuantitative KPIsHelp recruit and onboard 2 or more A-players per yearIncrease our 50% repeat sales rate by 5% over 12 monthsMaintain a minimum 80% response rate on monthly follow-up reference requestsRequirementsBackground in healthcare (nursing, respiratory therapy, paramedicine, or equivalent)Fluent in French and English, spoken and writtenBased in or able to easily commute to our Saint-Henri (Montreal) officeHolds a valid driver’s licence and passport, with willingness to travel internationallyStrong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, charisma, and a drive to perform and prove oneselfComfortable engaging with professionals in academic and clinical environmentsExperience with academic institutions or CRM tools is an asset, but not required.Note: This job description provides a general overview of the role.
