Requirements Based in the GTA area with a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle as you’ll be out meeting clients daily, building relationships that drive results. Proven B2B sales experience (non-retail preferred) – you know how to navigate long sales cycles and win trust with decision-makers. Exceptional communication skills; strong English (written and verbal), with French as an asset (but not required). You’ll spend much of your time engaging over the phone and email, so a clear, confident voice is key. Quick learner, fast mover; able to pick up a specialized product line quickly and deliver at a high pace. Resilient and driven; persistent, positive, and motivated to not just hit but exceed your sales targets. Responsibilities Prospecting for large new accounts including cold calls, emails, handling inbound requests Assisting customers with orders, returns, and a full range of account management and customer service. Supporting with new products and special projects Organizing training sessions for B2B distribution clients and industry-wide lunch & learns Playing a key pivotal role in supporting existing larger accounts to update displays, provide samples and new product trainings to grow the account Rewards Transparent range that combines a solid base salary with commission The upper end reflects achievable OTE (On-Target Earnings) for hitting your goals.
