The primary purpose of the position is to drive business insights, data accuracy and system efficiency by managing customer master data on Power BI, developing interactive dashboards on Tableau and enabling seamless integration across enterprise platforms. The role supports commercial decision-making by ensuring reliable reporting, enforcing data governance, collaborating with sales teams through strategic insights and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. The incumbent will drive Goodyear growth by supporting programs (i.e., G3X, Medallion, Commercial Tire Service Network [CTSN]) and the Goodyear associates' sales incentive plan (SIP). He/She will need to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to operationalize. This role is also responsible for the maintenance and data integrity of source information for the Canadian business and Consumer/Commercial Replacement business units. He/She will support new customer G3X nominations, SAP configuration of flags and coordinating changes to G3X customer information/hierarchy/programs within SAP and Salesforce. In addition, the Analyst will coordinate Canadian Consumer/Commercial SIPs – Building/Maintaining data engineering and analytics reporting and facilitating payout of attainment. Responsible for working with customers and salespeople to correct POS submission errors. What You’ll Do Responsible for reviewing, validating, and correcting reported sales data to ensure consistency between internal systems and customer/distributor platforms; maintaining accurate and timely updates to sales dashboards to support business visibility and informed decision‑making; ensuring reconciled data is properly processed across internal and external sales programs, upholding data integrity and reliability throughout the reporting lifecycle. Development and maintenance of interactive reporting tools and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI. Ensuring seamless CRM data integration while upholding data integrity, compliance, and delivering actionable insights. Analyzing business performance across customers, channels, and categories. Identifying risks, opportunities and providing a comprehensive view of sell‑in, sell‑out and inventory metrics where applicable. Own the end‑to‑end customer master data process within SAP and Salesforce, ensuring accurate setup, mapping and brand alignments. This includes troubleshooting setup issues, maintaining data integrity, and overseeing ongoing updates, cleansing activities and discrepancy resolution to support operational accuracy and system reliability. Create/Maintain a robust sell‑out data process (gather, analyze and report data). Facilitate effective communication between Goodyear, 3rd‑party processor and customer. Ensure seamless transition of sell‑out data and effective resolution of any technical challenges. Collaboration with project teams for various projects, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with broader system initiatives, while also contributing to strategic planning by providing timely information and actionable insights. Identify opportunities to automate workflows, enhance system efficiency and drive process improvements through technology and AI integration. Support management with ad‑hoc reporting and dashboard development to enable data‑driven decision‑making and operational agility. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. Skilled in developing Tableau and Power BI dashboards to support commercial operations and sales‑driven decision‑making. Proficient in managing data integrations across business units in SAP and Salesforce environments. Strong background in data governance, modeling, and transformation across enterprise systems. Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams. What Will Set You Apart Expert‑level Tableau and Power BI skills; hands‑on experience in business‑focused report creation and dashboards development. Strong background in data modeling and data governance, with practical experience using SAP and Salesforce platforms. Thorough understanding of data flow, data transformation and cross‑platform integration across enterprise systems. Excellent English communication skills; proactively engage and support sales teams through effective collaboration. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and macro development. Goodyear is one of the world’s largest tire companies.
