Starts as soon as possible. Responsibilities Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of the establishment. Co‑ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Perform data entry. Train staff. Monitor and evaluate. Oversee payroll administration. Qualifications Education: College, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Word WordPress Personal suitability: Flexibility Organized Reliability Ability to multitask Time management Adaptability Benefits Free parking available.
