If you are interested in pursuing a rewardingcareer, we invite you to review our opportunities Job Description SummaryAs an Outside Sales Representative for Sunbelt Rentals Climate Control Services, you will be responsible for renting and selling our diverse line of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters within assigned territory. Focused primarily on design-engineered heating, cooling and drying solutions for construction industry with a focus on large construction projects. The typical customer base constitutes a mix of general and specialty contractors. The development of successful intra-company relationships and working closing with a variety of sellers across our General Tool and other Specialty Businesses to cross-sell and promote The Power of Sunbelt and properly leverage Sunbelt’s resources is a cornerstone of this position. ResponsibilitiesRent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters within assigned territory.Focus on design-engineered heating, cooling and drying solutions for the construction industry with a emphasis on large projects.Develop intra-company relationships and work closely with a variety of sellers across General Tool and other Specialty Businesses to cross-sell and promote Sunbelt’s offerings and leverage resources.Contribute to a growing, entrepreneurial sales team and advance in your career track. QualificationsEducation or experience that prepares you for success :Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience obtained in HVAC or heavy equipment rental industryMinimum 1 year of experience in sales / service industryCurrent / valid driver’s license in good standing, and proof of auto insuranceKnowledge / Skills / Abilities you may rely on :Ability to design gas and electrical systems, with solid analytical math skillsMechanical aptitude and ability The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors / outdoors when required by the job.
