Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our client’s Human Resources team in all aspects of employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance in Kitimat, BC. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes align with business objectives. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in fostering positive relationships with candidates, making them feel valued throughout the process.Coordinating with multiple stakeholders is essential in this role. You'll work closely with various team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.With a high volume of requests, consistency and accuracy are crucial.
