At Deeded, we’re redefining what a modern legal experience should feel like—human, efficient, and built for the digital age.We’re looking for a highly motivated, natural born relationship builder, Partnerships Manager, to grow and manage our partnerships and be a key part of our growth story.Mission: Own and grow a high-quality portfolio of referral partnerships that consistently generates files, referrals, and advocacy. You’ll build, deepen, and retain relationships, create value for partners, and translate opportunities into measurable business outcomes.What You’ll DoOwn a portfolio of partner accounts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, growth, retentionBuild authentic relationships with partners; become a trusted advisor and value-add collaboratorDrive partner engagement: regular touchpoints, QBRs, office visits, trainings, eventsIdentify and prioritize high-potential partners; focus time where ROI is highestCo-create initiatives with partners (offers, playbooks, education sessions, co-marketing)Diagnose friction and resolve issues cross-functionally with Operations, CS, and MarketingTrack and expand wallet share with existing partners; source warm referrals to new partnersMaintain accurate account plans, activity, pipeline, and forecasts in our CRM/dashboardUse partner performance data to inform actions, experiments, and resource allocationEstablish feedback loops to improve our product, service, and partner experienceOutcomes (first 6–12 months)Build and actively manage a book of top partners; increase volume and quality of filesGrow a cohort of “core” strategic partners with clear growth plansImprove partner satisfaction and advocacy (testimonials, referrals, case studies)Implement a simple partner tiering model and engagement cadenceDeliver reliable, insight-driven reporting on partner health and forecastsWhat You BringRelationship-first operator with go-getter energy; you’re proactive, persistent, and resourcefulStrong communicator who builds rapport quickly and navigates tough conversations gracefullyAutonomous self-starter who owns outcomes without heavy oversightFast learner; can get “dangerous” on the business quickly and translate needs into actionTeam player who collaborates well with legal/ops/clerks; you make it easier to win togetherCommercial acumen: can spot opportunities, structure simple value exchanges, and follow throughComfortable with light travel and in-person partner visitsNice-to-Have BackgroundsPartnership/account management, business development, or founder/operator experienceHigh-touch service industries (hospitality, travel, professional services) with proven people skillsLegal services exposure or ability to deliver educational sessions to partner officesStartup/scale-up experience wearing multiple hatsCompensationPerformance-based variable tied to portfolio growth and partner outcomesBenefits; potential for stock options as the role scalesReporting StructureReports to CEO; collaborates closely with Marketing, Operations, and SDRsHow to Succeed at DeededBring energy, ownership, and bias to actionWork the list with discipline; prioritize high-ROI partnersShow up in person, add value, follow throughUse data to guide focus; close the loop internally and with partners #J-18808-Ljbffr
