POSITION OVERVIEW As a student you will support the Interior North & Island Financing teams with a variety of tasks including: Performing administrative duties such as collecting financial statements, preparing documents and assisting with client requests. Assisting account managers with loan origination activities including Know Your Client (KYC) procedures. Supporting prospecting efforts and business development initiatives. Contributing to marketing activities by helping organize events, campaigns and communications and providing on‑site logistical support. Providing on‑site premise support. You will be required to work in office. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. A self‑starter who can work independently and take initiative. Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy. A foundational understanding of financial products and concepts including interest rates, mortgages, commercial lending, financial statements and financial statement analysis is considered an asset. You must have completed at least one year in a post‑secondary program and be currently enrolled in a relevant field of study such as economics, business or finance.
