Reporting to the Director, Portfolio & Partnerships, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring bold ideas to life bridging creativity and analytics to deliver meaningful, experience-driven marketing across our platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute data-driven digital marketing plans and budgets aligned with business goalsPlan and manage multi-channel campaigns (web, email, SEO/SEM, social) to drive awareness, leads, and conversionsCreate compelling, channel-specific content that communicates value propositions and enhances engagementBuild and manage marketing automation and email programs that nurture audiences and improve conversionTrack and report on campaign performance with insights and recommendations for ongoing optimizationDeliver digital product projects such as new platform builds, feature updates, and marketing tool integrationsCollaborate with agencies and internal partners to deliver programs on time, on budget, and aligned to objectivesBuild supporting assets such as training materials, launch decks, and user documentation to ensure adoption across teamsFocus primarily on B2B marketing initiatives that engage and enable veterinary and partner audiences, with selective B2C support for consumer-facing programs and digital experiencesMonitor performance and user feedback to guide continuous improvementLead select product and portfolio initiatives from concept to launch, including new product introductions and process improvementsLead the shift from printed sales materials to digital-first tools and experiencesDevelop engaging video content, e-learning modules, and interactive resources for sales teams and hospital partnersImplement digital catalogs, customizable templates, and mobile-ready platforms to reduce print dependencyLeverage and optimize tools including Google Analytics, Ads, Hootsuite, PIMs, survey platforms (NPS, CSAT etc.), Salesforce CRM, Account Engagement, and Translation Management systemsManage SEO and PPC programs to ensure alignment and continuous improvementCross-Functional & Strategic ProjectsPartner across teams to identify opportunities, define scope, and manage projects through deliveryDevelop presentations, documentation, and reports to support leadership visibility and decision-makingFacilitate sales enablement through webinars, product training, and feedback loops between Sales, Operations, and CustomersOtherSupport annual digital marketing budget and vendor managementOccasional travel may be requiredEducation, Training & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in digital, growth, or product marketingProven experience with A/B testing, marketing analytics, and data storytellingStrong background in project and partner managementFamiliarity with the pet or veterinary industry is an assetUnderstanding of design principles and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to support content creation and digital asset management.Skills & AbilitiesCreativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to improve programs and services related to pets.Passion for Pets: A genuine love for pets and understanding of the pet industry would be beneficial for connecting with customers and understanding their needs.B2B & B2C Strategy: Strong understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing approaches, with the ability to tailor campaigns, content, and messaging for each audience.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for working with diverse teams and presenting ideas to leadership.Relationship Building: Ability to identify and develop relationships with partners across various organizations to advance the company's strategy.Analytical Skills: Capacity to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.Project Management: Capability to lead and manage projects from conception to delivery, including scoping, planning, and execution.Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives to communicate ideas and proposals effectively, particularly to leadership.Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation to support project organization and program reporting.Risk Management: Skill in identifying and addressing risks, process challenges, and dependencies to ensure project success.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively across different functions and teams to execute projects and optimize business operations.Sales Support: Ability to support product offerings through sales training sessions, webinars, and other communication channels, and effectively gather and relay feedback from sales teams, operations, and customers.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustries: Veterinary ServicesThis is a concise, professional job description for Gateway Services Inc.
