About The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Operations Manager to oversee our accounting, payroll, invoicing, and vendor operations. This role blends hands-on execution with system management and process improvement — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.You’ll manage financial workflows across QuickBooks, Rippling, Bill.com, Chargebee, and more, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. What You’ll Do Financial Management & ReportingOversee month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. Track and submit sales tax and HST obligations across US and Canadian jurisdictions. Approve commission reporting and safeguard cash disbursements through 2-step payment approvals. Accounting & BookkeepingRecord daily transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Reconcile bank and credit accounts weekly. Maintain organized digital financial records in Google Drive. Manage the accounting inbox and ensure accurate G/L entries. Accounts Payable & Vendor ManagementProcess invoices and payments through Bill.com and Rippling. Validate invoice accuracy, vendor terms, and PO matching. Onboard new vendors (collect W-9s, banking info, and set up in QBO). Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries promptly. Invoicing & Revenue OperationsGenerate and send invoices through Chargebee and Quotient. Run monthly usage reports to create SaaS and usage-based billing. Validate invoice accuracy and ensure proper synchronization between platforms. Payroll & CompensationProcess semi-monthly employee payroll and monthly contractor payments in Rippling. Validate hours, deductions, and taxes for compliance. Prepare ROEs and handle terminations, commissions, and reporting.
