Then DCL is right for you. Primary Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing activities across all DCL business units. Coordinate internal deadlines, requests, and deliverables to support the marketing department. Maintain digital asset libraries, content archives, and brand files. Tradeshow and Event Coordination Manage tradeshow bookings, registrations, booth logistics, and shipping. Coordinate event materials, presentations, and product displays. Track event budgets, deadlines, and follow-up actions. Graphic Design and Content Production Create marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, flyers, datasheets, social posts, and digital graphics. Edit photos, prepare layouts, and ensure all materials follow brand guidelines. Support website updates with visuals, graphics, and minor content edits. Reporting and Analytics Generate monthly and quarterly reports on campaigns, website activity, and lead funnels. Prepare dashboards and summaries for management review. Help maintain accuracy in CRM and marketing databases. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with sales, engineering, R&D, and operations teams to gather information for marketing projects. Support product launches, announcements, and internal communications. Coordinate internal deadlines, requests, and deliverables to support the marketing department. Maintain digital asset libraries, content archives, and brand files. Skills & Qualifications Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of marketing experience in a B2B or industrial environment is an asset. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Strong writing, layout, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Comfortable learning technical subjects and converting them into clear marketing materials.
