Join us and be part of a team that powers progress and innovation role offers the perfect platform to **Major responsibilities:** Support requisition submissions, vendor onboarding (including documentation collection and compliance verification), SOW coordination, and compliance with internal requirements. Collaborate closely with Grid, Operations, Asset, and Technology teams to align data collection and operational requirements. knowledge transfers to support consistency and knowledge sharing,**Education required:** **Qualifications and experience:** Minimum 4 years of experience in business analytics, operations analysis, operational support, financial analysis, or process management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and visualizationExperience preparing reports, developing business cases, modeling, and presenting recommendations to management Demonstrated ability to conduct moderate to complex financial, operational, and/or planning analysis Experience analyzing and re-engineering business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and implementing changesProven ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and demonstrate initiativeFamiliarity with analytics in cloud computing environments Previous utilities experience is an asset**Competencies:** Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders Demonstrated autonomy and initiative, with the ability to influence team practices and drive continuous improvement Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines We offer competitive compensation including a comprehensive flexible benefits program, non-downtown location that includes great building amenities such as free onsite fitness facility with programming geared to employee’s needs, onsite childcare centre (upon availability, offered from our ENMAX Place location 141 – 50 Ave. SE), free parking and much more.
