Your Role * Select and optimize products to meet clients' unique requirements. * Perform structural analyses and material strength calculations. * Oversee new product design and ensure all technical specifications meet quality standards. * Work closely with the sales department and provide technical training to representatives. * Review technical sections of tenders and occasionally produce bid drawings. * Provide technical support to sales when required. Your Profile * Bachelor's degree in Building / Construction Engineering (structural profile) or Mechanical Engineering. * Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) - required. * Familiarity with S16 and CNBC design standards. * Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite. * Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D (asset) and SolidWorks 3D (asset). * Experience with Advance Design America or other structural analysis software (asset). * Functional English proficiency. * Self motivated, detail oriented, and customer focused.Working Conditions * Start date: As soon as possible. * Salary: To be discussed based on experience. * Comprehensive group insurance benefits (life, medical, dental, long term disability). * Employer participation in a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP). * Salary range between $100,000 and $120,000 + bonus.
