Digital Producer – Impact XM At Impact XM, we bring brands to life through unforgettable digital and experiential moments. Whether it’s a virtual event, an interactive touchscreen, a microsite, or a fully immersive exhibit, we turn ideas into engaging experiences that connect audiences with science, innovation, and each other. We’re looking for a Digital Producer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director, this role leads the development, production, and delivery of digital experiences—from early concepting through to launch at live or virtual events. Responsibilities Lead digital experiences from concept through scripting, storyboarding, development, and delivery. Provide end‑to‑end production direction—ensuring goals, milestones, and deliverables are met on schedule. Translate client needs into functional specifications, wireframes, and technical requirements. Build proposals including project descriptions, budgets, schedules, scripts, wireframes, and key screens. Manage budgets for a wide variety of digital deliverables and creative executions. Guide developers, designers, and technical partners using your understanding of programming concepts and application architecture. Support creative teams in concept development with research, platform knowledge, and emerging technology insights. Participate (and sometimes lead) cross‑functional teams including art directors, creative directors, copywriters, developers, technical leads, and account managers. Plan, allocate, and monitor resources to keep projects on time and on budget. Coordinate and communicate across diverse teams, ensuring smooth delivery from kickoff to final handoff. Support onsite delivery at tradeshows, meetings, and events (travel may exceed 10% during peak periods). Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience producing digital content and activations for clients or agencies. Technical & Creative Skills Strong knowledge of digital environments—streaming platforms, virtual event tools, videoconferencing, and interactive technologies. Ability to turn client needs into technical requirements and actionable direction for developers and designers. Experience in live events, tradeshows, or experiential marketing is a plus. Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and how users learn, navigate, and engage with digital content. Ability to create and execute test plans and validate digital deliverables. Experience installing and monitoring analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and presenting data insights. Knowledge of how digital applications integrate with physical hardware in onsite environments. Familiarity with web design, video editing, and graphic design tools. A working knowledge of programming languages is a strong asset. Project & Team Leadership Proven success working alongside creatives, developers, engineers, AV technicians, and clients. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with impeccable organization and attention to detail. Experience managing timelines, financial processes, partner relationships, and documentation from kickoff to final reconciliation. Poise under pressure—and ideally a good sense of humor. Tools Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Comfort with wireframing tools, analytics platforms, and additional creative software. Benefits Impact XM offers a competitive salary, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Employment Full‑time position; Mid‑Senior level; located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
