We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our National Talent Attraction team. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment with emphasis on sourcing lawyers and supports roles across our Tax practice, with a primary focus on tax and law. You will collaborate with partners in our tax practice to own engaging, inclusive, and strategic recruitment processes with a focus on an exceptional candidate experience.What You Will DoLead full-cycle recruitment with a primary focus on hiring for our tax and law practice; may support across other business units as needed.Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand recruitment requirements.Attract candidates through engaging conversations, share KPMG’s employer value proposition, and perform assessments while providing an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience.Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process to drive a positive recruitment experience.Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter to promote opportunities, drive quality hiring, and build proactive talent pools.Collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment plans and act as an advisor to ensure candidate experience is prioritized.Oversee compliance to uphold brand, process, and legal requirements throughout recruitment.Act as an Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) ambassador in recruitment cycles using resources from the National IDE team.Participate in equity and market trend analysis for offer recommendations and own offer negotiations with candidates.What You Bring To The RolePost-secondary degree or diploma in a business discipline, or equivalent work experience.4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume, matrixed organization.Proficiency in English and French at a business level is required.Experience recruiting for roles in law, tax, and professional services, and understanding the candidate landscape for these areas.Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal clients.Demonstrated use of sourcing and candidate generation techniques via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.Ability to prioritize work across multiple hiring managers and timelines.Experience advising hiring managers on recruitment strategy and best practices.Effective use of technology in recruitment to drive efficiency (ATS best practices and related tools).Fluency in English is essential to draft bilingual job descriptions, assess candidates’ English skills, and communicate with stakeholders outside Quebec. The role requires national recruitment support.KPMG BC Region Pay Range InformationThe expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $109,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. Salary determination within this range depends on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
