This part-time, flexible role is ideal for someone with a nursing background (active or retired) who enjoys both connecting with people and making a difference in their lives.Role SummaryYou’ll play a dual role in both client acquisition and care delivery setup. You'll help generate leads through outreach efforts, conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients and families, and guide them through the onboarding process — including assessments and care plans. Your clinical credibility, community connections, and compassionate approach will be key to helping families feel confident choosing ComForCare. Your input will directly shape how we serve our clients and grow in the Saskatoon area. You’ll work with flexibility and independence, while being supported by a committed local owner.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert new client leads through outreach, community networking, and in-home consultationsBuild and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, retirement residences, physiotherapists, social workers, and other senior-serving professionals to generate referrals and increase brand awarenessRepresent ComForCare at community events, health fairs, and stakeholder meetingsConduct care consultations in client homes to understand needs and help close the care agreementComplete admission documentation, perform non-medical assessments and develop personalized care plansProvide guidance to caregivers based on client needs and oversee care deliveryFollow up with families to ensure satisfaction and address concernsWork closely with the owners to support overall business growthAdditional duties may include providing support with client intake, caregiver scheduling, and caregiver recruitment initiatives as neededWhat We’re Looking ForA retired or active Registered Nurse, Director of Care, or experienced senior care professional5+ years of experience in nursing, care coordination, or health services (active or retired)Strong knowledge of client care and home support needs (especially for seniors and persons with disabilities)Experience with community outreach, relationship-building, or marketing is considered an assetWell-connected in the health care, senior care, or community services networkDeep understanding of local resources and referral pathways is a strong assetExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsOrganized, reliable, and able to work independently from home and in the fieldValid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehiclePreference will be given to local candidates with established relationships in the communityHoursApproximately 10 hours per week (flexible hours)Commission provided for each client signed.
