Join BHP as an Engineer Reliability – Mechanical to support our global portfolio and help deliver the Jansen potash project. Work Location Based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working supported. Purpose Reporting to the Reliability Superintendent, this role ensures the safety and reliability of site‑wide equipment with a strong focus on mechanical engineering. About The Role Own and manage critical control verifications and execution tasks in SAP. Ensure alignment with BHP’s Risk Management standards and critical control ownership. Lead RCA workshops for chronic equipment failures. Conduct monthly audits of physical assets and critical spares. Maintain and improve preventative maintenance strategies using GE APM. Drive continuous improvement aligned with the BHP Operating System. Support lifecycle management of Fuels, Lubes, Air, and Coolants. Participate in BHP Field Leadership and risk‑informed decision‑making. About You Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Eligible for registration with APEGS. Experience in equipment reliability and risk management. Skilled in RCA and RCM facilitation. Strong understanding of condition monitoring and risk frameworks.
