We are seeking a self‑motivated and dependable team member to join our Ens Toyota Accounting Department. An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, attention to detail and be able to adapt to various administrative tasks. Knowledge of accounting fundamentals is required. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : Prepare new and used car sales aging schedule each month. Balance, reconcile, and post monthly new Toyota, new and used Lexus, Industrial car deals, dealer trades, lease buyouts, and industrial deals. Coding invoices internally and externally. Reconcile monthly schedules for new car sales, used, and industrial. Process referral and refund cheques. Manage lien / loan payout cheques to vendors. Dealer netting from TCCI. Reconcile Commercial Receivable accounts. Reconcile the corporate credit card each month. Post new Toyota, Lexus, and Industrial factory invoices (including setups). Stock in Land Cruisers for Industrial. Respond to internal inquiries, maintain good coworking relations, and solve problems. Oversee and manage the license plates for the company, monthly renewals, transfer plates, and balance spreadsheets. Perform clerical duties; maintain filing and record systems, faxing, e‑mailing, and photocopying. Creating journal entries and posting entries. Data entry into Microsoft Excel. Help with used vehicle deals (cross‑train). Confidentiality, secure communication, and discretion are essential. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of basic accounting principles. Accurate and meticulous in data entry. Proficiency in accounting software and computer use. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Keen attention to detail. Strong clerical and administrative skills. Exceptional calculation and memory skills. Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members. Retentive. Checking for accuracy. Numeracy. Problem‑Solving. Performing routine tasks. Honesty and Integrity. This is a permanent FULL‑TIME position from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Requirements Qualifications 3 to 5 years of accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce / Business with a major in Accounting is an asset.
