In this strategic, client-facing role, you’ll transform diverse data into powerful insights and actionable recommendations that advance Phreesia’s patient communications business in life sciences and healthcare. Acting as a trusted partner to agency and brand clients, you’ll showcase Phreesia’s impact and help drive meaningful engagement with patients at the point of care.As an IA Manager, you’ll collaborate with teams across Sales, Data Science, Clinical, and Content Strategy to design, optimize, and measure digital patient engagement campaigns. You’ll own inventory forecasting, campaign management, measurement, and reporting across multiple disease areas, ensuring flawless execution and clear demonstration of results. Beyond campaigns, you’ll help shape the future of our business by leading initiatives to streamline processes, uncover new data applications, expand into new markets, and partner with Data Science, Product, and other teams to bring forward-thinking innovations to life.What You'll Do:Act in a consultative capacity, translating data and insights into strategic solutions for internal and client teams.Serve as the analytics/insights expert on assigned accounts, aligning recommendations with brand goals and strategic imperatives.Provide strategic support on inventory management, prioritization, and targeting to enable sales and executional teams.Partner with Sales to demonstrate Phreesia’s value through robust measurement and effectively communicate campaign details and outcomes to clients.Manage and present campaign reporting and measurement, generating actionable insights and client-facing stories from primary and secondary data.Collaborate with the Data Science team to analyze data and surface key insights.Work cross-functionally on strategic projects, thought leadership, sales support materials, ad hoc requests, and measurement collateral using 3rd-party, internal, and secondary data sources (e.g., market landscape, point of care, media comparisons, ROI analyses, case studies, benchmarking).Support new initiatives with Analytics & Insights leadership to develop innovative data assessment approaches that drive business growth and operational efficiencies.Contribute as an individual performer while fostering strong internal relationships, including mentoring junior team members.What You'll Bring:Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of analytics experience preferably within the agency or consulting setting working with healthcare or pharmaceutical brandsDemonstrated client-facing experience , with strong ability to consult and present to clientsOutstanding problem-solving and analytical skills to think strategically, knowing how to utilize data to guide bigger picture decisionsAbility to navigate ambiguity, possessing intellectual curiosity to dig into data to find the underlying cause of a problemCollaborative nature with a comfort for going against the grain and backing up opinion with dataPhreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.Who We Are:At Phreesia, we’re looking for smart and passionate people to help drive our mission of creating a better, more engaging healthcare experience.
