The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.As a Carrier Procurement Specialist at RXO, you will source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight in a timely and cost‑effective manner. You’ll also work on projects related to handling pricing and capacity for specialized moves.
