Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesPropose, plan and deliver consulting engagements across all service lines and niches in the private, public, not-for-profit and Indigenous sectorsExecute strategic and operational planning, program review, organizational review and redesign, culture shift and change management support, strategic HR program review, and other forms of HR and management consultingDevelop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholdersConduct research, data collection, interviews, focus groups, and surveysPerform quantitative and qualitative analysis, consolidating results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendationsIdentify innovative ways to add value to clients and foster client relationshipsSupport clients in implementing new processes and toolsDevelop and support the design of high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, HR programs and policies, presentations, and correspondenceMaintain flexibility to travel as necessarySkills And ExperiencePost-secondary degree in Human Resources Management or related fieldRelevant HR education and/or professional credentials are considered an asset, such as CPHR, RPR, CCP, CTMP, CCMP, Prosci Certification2 to 4 years’ human resources and / or consulting experience considered an assetExtensive knowledge of strategic HR and talent management programsKnowledge of change management and communications considered an assetDemonstrated project management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills are essentialMyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
