You can challenge the Canadian Exams every Spring and become Certified here immediately.Clinical Orthotic Consultants of Windsor is a private Orthotic Facility servicing the Windsor/Essex area for almost 30 years (we are just south of Detroit, right on the border). We provide a full range of services from pediatric to geriatric, helmets, spinal and lower extremity. We work closely with the local Children’s Treatment Centre and the 4 hospitals in the area. Presently we are composed of two full time Certified Orthotists, two full time Technicians and one Office Manager. I am looking to sell the business, so, we are looking for a Certified Orthotist to move into one of three possible roles.A sole ownership role (you) with clinical duties, orAn equity share role (with an interested purchaser) and clinical duties, orA clinical and managerial role with no equity.The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, with paid lunch, paid vacation, group benefits (extended health insurance) and continuing education supplementation. A competitive salary and signing bonus will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience and level of equity. Relocation allowance can be discussed.Windsor and the surrounding County of Essex is a hidden gem. Affordable housing, never any traffic, warmest weather in Canada.
