OverviewBrand Ambassador (On-Call) (French Services) role at CBC/Radio-Canada. Temporary short-term (fixed term) position, French language required. Part-time on-call opportunities with potential inclusion in an on-call talent pool for future assignments. Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with travel within the Manitoba region.Your roleWe are seeking brand ambassadors to support the Marketing & Communications team in organizing and hosting Radio-Canada brand activations and community events. Help forge strong emotional connections with our audience. You will provide support for all marketing and communications activities, both in-house and off-site. The listed tasks may be adjusted when candidates are hired.Key tasks include:Support the team in developing and operationalizing outreach activities and partnershipsAssist the senior officer with project planning and executionCoordinate project logisticsGuide programming and technical teams in developing specials and remotes related to outreach activitiesParticipate in off-site activities to promote Radio-Canada, primarily to a French-speaking audiencePrepare, transport and set up equipment on-siteDistribute promotional material and engage with participantsInteract with attendees, providing information about the Corporation and its programming (solid command of English to engage with bilingual attendees)Create a memorable experience to connect Canadians with the brandAnalyze activity results and produce reports with audience and staff feedbackCreate and maintain databases and update contentKeep records and archives about programs, outreach experiences and partnerships (bios and photographic materials)Field inquiries and respond to audience and staff feedbackNote: These are part-time on-call positions.
