As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Sales Support at our Richmond location. Reporting to the Marketing Supervisor, the Marketing Coordinator/Sales Support supports the Sales, Purchasing and Marketing team of Intercity Packers. This role is meant for a proactive, resourceful individual with a positive, helpful attitude, that will play a key role in continuing Intercity Packers’ reputation as a trusted Canadian meat and seafood vendor. This role’s main objective is to communicate to sales, customers and vendors through our various channels regarding sales data, new product updates, pricing and market conditions. You will also be responsible for building reports and providing support on various marketing and sales activities, including product launches and events. You will excel in this role if you are detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative and have the ability to stay organized while working in a fun, fast-paced team environment. Salary: Starting from $48,000 per year. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Flexible business hours. 1 remote working day per week. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare reports and spreadsheets to analyze and summarize sales data for Marketing, Purchasing and Sales departments Coordinate customer-facing for promotions via print, email and web distribution and track results Maintain product information and imagery on ecommerce system Assist in the preparation and distribution of market updates, training guides, flyers, brochures, sell sheets, email campaigns, and other external and internal materials. Assist with event planning and execution such as sales meetings, trade shows, staff events, etc. Support with deploying the sales strategy for product launches Assist the Purchasing Team with data integrity and communication on product availability to the Sales team. Support as a spokesperson for the Intercity Packers brand in vendor relationships Ensure brand standards are met and effectively communicate with a keen attention to detail throughout all activities and communications Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
