Nature & ScopeCoordination of inspections, repairs, and renovations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in schedules of field staff.Processing and tracking work orders and associated invoicesProcessing and tracking local purchases, and ensuring associated documentation are forwarded to the appropriate personnelResponsible for keeping branch records for expenses and updating them accordinglyReview all employee information for personnel and ensure accurate and timely reports are forwarded to Head OfficeMonitor and ensure inventory is received correctly based on requests sent for processing to Head Office. Follow up on all discrepanciesAssist in preparation of quotes and proposalsStrive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfactionProcess all documents with accuracy and efficiencyQualificationsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiencyStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Coordination / Scheduling experience an assetProfessional communication in all forms of correspondence (verbal and written)2-year diploma in business / office administration or equivalent work experience preferred3-5 years of experience preferredExperience in building systems maintenance or construction industries considered an assetJob Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
