Employer Relations Officer - CPA Professional ProgramFull Time Contract, 69 Bloor Street East, Toronto, ON, CASupport the Development and Deployment of Practical Experience Requirements for the New CPA Professional ProgramCPA Ontario is seeking an Employer Relations Officer - CPA Professional Program to support the development and deployment of the practical experience requirements in the new CPA Professional Program, including content development, reporting requirements and systems, process and workflows, and stakeholder resources.The Employer Relations Officer will be a proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, and detail-oriented professional who thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:Developing and converting workplans for existing and new employers training CPA students in accordance with new program and regulatory requirements.Preparing, implementing, and delivering various communications and resources to educate students, employers, and internal teams on new program requirements and transitioning requirements.Assisting with development, testing, and implementation of practical experience workflows and reporting tool.Requirements:A CPA in good standing with at least 5 years of post-designation experience, and a degree and/or diploma in a relevant field.Experienced at working in public accounting, corporate, and/or government environments.Proven experience performing assessment work against a rubric/set of requirements.Experienced at developing assessment rubric and/or task statements.A clear and confident communicator with the ability to build relationships, present effectively, and resolve sensitive issues collaboratively.What We Offer:A fast-paced environment with collaboration, innovation, and passionate professionals at our core.Hybrid work environment with a portion of remote work and a high value on in-office teamwork and collaboration.Diversity and inclusion with a priority on inclusivity to bring together the best talent.Ongoing learning and career growth with support for career advancement and professional development opportunities.Focus on your well-being with industry-leading benefits and wellness programs.CPA Ontario is an inclusive employer.
