Location & Hours Work Location: Surrey, British Columbia CanadaHours: 15 hrs per week Business & Compensation Line Of Business: Personal & Commercial BankingPay: $21.50 - $27.05 CAD per hour Job Description Overview: At TD Canada Trust, we serve customers front‑line with integrity, guidance, and product knowledge. We promote banking products through positive interactions and foster teamwork and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following operating procedures and regulatory standards. Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customers’ concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes timely and accurately. Advise customers on banking solutions and processes clearly and respectfully. Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment through teamwork and performance development. Assist the team by staying dedicated and keeping everyone up‑to‑date on routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist. Qualifications High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills to work in a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet. Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. Excellent customer‑experience communication skills, both verbal and written, with calm, courteous, and effective manner.
