Have you taken a new brand and created an impact?We are looking for an experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager, to support our B2B Marketing and to establish best practices as we bring Evanesce to our customers. If you are someone who has a creative and data-driven mind-set, you are the right person. Reporting to the Global VP, Marketing you will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing programs, and campaigns.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement B2B marketing strategies and programs to build brand awareness and support revenue generation for sales in North AmericaGather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategiesPartner with sales, and other cross-functional teams to build & activate go-to-market strategies and sales enablement for new and existing productsDevelop a clear understanding of the competitive landscape to differentiate and position Evanesce brands and products within the industryEvaluate, negotiate, and implement B2B marketing partnerships with business associations to drive awareness, generate leads and demonstrate our leadership within the industryImplement an efficient and effective lead generation strategy for key customer segments to target, attract and convert quality leads, leveraging marketing automation, content, web, social, events and other channelsEnsure that branding, marketing initiatives, strategy, standards, and practices are consistentEnsure that key performance indicators are being tracked, evaluated and that regular updates are being made to internal and external stakeholdersMaintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadershipCollaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows, sponsorships, events, and other marketing programsNegotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategyDevelop and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketingCollect and compile customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadershipPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generationExperienced in building a successful B2B brandAbility to create, implement, and monitor budgetsUnderstanding of marketing automation and lead generation principlesCustomer-centric with an excellent understanding of analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptionally skilled at working in an innovative, fast-paced environment with lean resourcesRoll up your sleeves attitude and ability to work independently in an environment of competing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in cross-functional teamExperience in the sustainability sector is an assetExperience with HubSpot, Google AdWords, social media is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
