Junior Accountant Temporary Contract | On-Site About the Role We’re looking for a Junior Accountant to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This role combines accounts payable and receivable responsibilities with general accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency across financial operations. Main Duties & Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile ledger and subsidiary accounts. Support month-end close by preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports. Analyze costs, revenues, and financial commitments to assist with forecasting and performance insights. Enter a high volume of vendor invoices into the accounting system. Update accounting software with vendor invoice data and support month-end reviews. Record customer payments and generate periodic account statements. Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collection efforts. Support the preparation and maintenance of SOPs for Accounts Payable and related processes. Maintain organized historical records and ensure proper document filing. Process and reconcile credit card transactions. Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships, proactively addressing and resolving issues. Identify and support ongoing process improvement initiatives. Assist with month-end reconciliations and financial reporting. Perform additional duties as required. About You Previous experience working with intercompany transactions. 1–2 years of experience in a similar full cycle accounting role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills paired with strong problem‑solving abilities.
