Head of Oracle Technologies at Next Ventures Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Presales Expert Location: Remote (Global) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Presales Expert to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and business development teams by providing deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP applications. You will work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, design tailored Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of our offerings. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop solution strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP opportunities. Conduct detailed business process analysis and requirements gathering sessions with clients. Design and document solution blueprints that align Oracle ERP Cloud capabilities with client needs across modules such as Financials, Procurement, Projects, SCM, and HCM. Build and deliver high‑quality, customized product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts (POCs). Support RFPs/RFIs by providing detailed and accurate functional and technical responses. Partner with Oracle and internal stakeholders to stay aligned with the latest product capabilities, releases, and roadmap updates. Deliver thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and client workshops. Maintain consistency between proposed solutions and delivery capabilities by collaborating closely with implementation teams. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, articulating business value, ROI, and transformation potential. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (functional or presales roles). Proven expertise across at least two functional areas (e.g., Financials, Procurement, SCM, Projects, or HCM). Strong understanding of ERP business processes, configuration, and best practices. Hands‑on experience in developing and delivering Oracle Cloud ERP demos and solution presentations. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage business and technical audiences. Experience supporting end‑to‑end sales cycles, including discovery, solutioning, proposal development, and presentations. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, global team environment. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud, BI Publisher, and reporting tools is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
