Governance & Financial Systems Architecture (GFSA): Build transparent, compliant financial operations with simplified budgeting, audits, and reporting. Operational Continuity & Internal Systems (OCIS): Improve workflow consistency and efficiency with standardized processes and in-built execution support that frees up leadership time. Role Overview As a Nonprofit Partnership and Engagement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Impact Beacon’s strategic presence within the nonprofit sector. This position is designed for an accomplished professional with deep sector expertise, proven relationship-building capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to drive organizational growth through strategic partnerships. You will serve as a trusted advisor to nonprofit executives and decision-makers, positioning Impact Beacon as the go-to strategic partner for operational excellence and measurable impact. By leveraging your understanding of nonprofit dynamics, governance models, and funding ecosystems, you will identify partnership opportunities that align with each organization’s mission and long‑term sustainability goals. Working in close collaboration with Impact Beacon’s leadership, strategists, and solution architects, you will co‑develop and execute partnership strategies that strengthen client outcomes and reinforce Impact Beacon’s role as a leader in nonprofit transformation. This role demands executive presence, strategic vision, and the ability to translate complex operational needs into clear, actionable growth pathways. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and cultivate deep, trust‑based relationships with decision‑makers across the nonprofit sector, including executives, program leaders, and board members. Clearly and compellingly communicate Impact Beacon’s solutions, demonstrating their relevance to real organizational challenges. Lead discovery conversations and needs assessments to understand client priorities, constraints, and long‑term goals. Partner with cross‑functional internal teams to design tailored proposals and strategic roadmaps aligned with client aspirations. Strengthen opportunity pipelines by proactively engaging potential organizations, leveraging networks, and responding to inbound interest. Navigate nonprofit procurement processes, stakeholder dynamics, and budget cycles to guide seamless decision‑making. Represent Impact Beacon at nonprofit industry conferences, sector events, and specialized forums to foster visibility and cultivate new collaborations. Continuously gather market intelligence and sector insights to strengthen product development and positioning. Share feedback from engagements with internal teams to refine messaging, tools, and solutions for greater client value. Maintain accurate records of engagements, forecasts, and outcomes using CRM tools and reporting frameworks. Support and collaborate with newer team members or partners contributing to nonprofit outreach efforts. Uphold ethical standards consistent with nonprofit values and Impact Beacon’s mission, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all interactions. Contribute to periodic strategy sessions to refine outreach approaches and expand market reach. Must Have Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. A well‑established and influential network spanning leading nonprofit organizations, foundations, and sector leaders.
