Responsibilities Support the Marketing Operations Manager with the execution of new promotions and pricing change initiatives for both acquisition and current customer segments, including system integration requirements. Assist in various marketing operational projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Manage and respond to inquiries related to the Send‑A‑Friend program, including data analysis and reporting. Maintain and update back‑end systems such as Product Availability & Eligibility tables and the Coverage Locator tool. Respond to incoming inquiries and escalations in the Marketing Operations inbox, particularly those related to missing promotions. Participate in decision‑making processes involving research and resolution of escalations to Marketing Operations, application of qualified program credits, and exception requests from various channels regarding product availability. Ideal Candidate Some experience in a marketing, sales, or business analytics role. A college degree or diploma in a relevant field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Salesforce, and Zuora. Working knowledge of SQL; SQL experience is considered an asset. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities. Well‑developed organizational and time‑management skills. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision. Comfortable managing tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects. Experience in a related industry is an asset. Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset but not required.
