We hope you’re ready and willing to learnResponsibilitiesProvide a professional and polished first impression and ongoing experience to our employees, customers, partners, vendors, etc.Play a central role in elevating our workplace culture by delivering exceptional front-line service, supporting internal events, and championing employee engagement initiativesHandle inquiries, requests, and concerns with a solution-oriented mindsetAnswering, screening and transferring all incoming callsManaging different requirements such as parking, access cards, catering, etc.Organize and send same day and overnight couriersEnsure that all reception resource materials are kept up-to-dateEnsure meeting rooms are clean, tidy and ready in advance of meetings, and assist with catering set up and take downPerforming administrative functions in support of the Office Services team, such as processing invoices and special projectsAssist in the planning, setup, and execution of internal events (town halls, wellness initiatives, seasonal celebrations)Work with the entire Office Services team to provide office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the officeWhat type of experience do you have?These are only some of the things we’d like you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet.A people-person with a passion for hospitality and employee experienceYou have had experience in a receptionist, assistant, or administrative positionYou have a way with technology and are proficient with Microsoft Office. Previous experience in JDE would be considered an assetExperience with a telephone, switchboard and voicemail systems would be a great skillset to haveUnderstanding or previous experience with reception and records management would help immensely in this roleYou have proven experience in providing amazing customer service. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are essentialThroughout your experience you have demonstrated to be a great team player, but can also work well independently, and you have shown that you can think outside of the box to always look for ways to improve everything we do.Who Are We?Dream Unlimited is an award-winning Canadian real estate investment, development and management company with approximately $28 billion of assets under management in North America and Europe.
