The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring talent development programs, handling administrative operations, and ensuring smooth processes while maintaining high standards of policy and procedure.Why JoinFlexible schedule and telecommuting policy.Maternity leave contract.Develop expertise in Canadian and American markets.Hold a key position within the team.Gym at the St‑Eustache headquarters.Bistro with varied, subsidized meals.Employee assistance program.Many other benefits to discover.Ideal ProfileCollege or professional diploma in office administration, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience, preferably in human resources, learning, or talent management.Customer service experience.Detail‑oriented, proactive, results‑oriented, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Autonomy, initiative‑taking ability, excellent time management, and effective prioritization skills.Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams).Excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English), both verbal and written.ResponsibilitiesMaintain comprehensive training records, including attendance, assessment results, and certifications.Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs for training and talent processes.Input and update training data in the LMS or other databases.Generate and distribute regular reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes.Analyze training and talent metrics, using data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Prepare and maintain talent documents, including development plans and performance reviews.Assist in planning and executing talent management initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue readiness, equipment, and material management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
