Senior Director, Talent Ledcor is seeking a Senior Director, Talent to drive our enterprise‑wide and operating group talent strategies and lead a high‑performing team of experts in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Inclusion & Diversity. Essential Responsibilities Define and execute Ledcor’s talent philosophy and strategy, aligning programs with business goals. Oversee enterprise learning initiatives, including leadership development, onboarding, and compliance training. Lead succession planning, performance management, and career development frameworks. Champion I&D initiatives in partnership with executive councils and cross‑functional teams. Drive employee listening strategies and deliver actionable insights to enhance engagement. Shape Ledcor’s Employee Value Proposition and support strategic recruitment efforts. Inspire and guide a team of 25+ professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in talent strategy, learning, and employee engagement in large, complex organizations. Broad HR knowledge, with experience navigating complex, multi‑faceted HR organizations and aligning programs with overall people and business strategies. Experienced people leader, adept at building, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams to achieve enterprise goals. Strong business acumen and ability to connect talent strategies to organizational outcomes through data‑driven decision‑making. Executive presence and communication excellence, with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage competing priorities. Proven expertise in developing and delivering Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and employee engagement programs that strengthen culture and organizational performance. Work Conditions Travel to various sites and office locations.
