Job Description As a Commercial Sales Support Specialist, you will: Manage account relationships. Create and manage daily customer quotations. Negotiate plans and specifications with house accounts. Complete order entry, maintain order records, and manage order delivery. Manage weekly bid schedule. Prioritize projects, communicate bid dates and times, and coordinate quoting responsibilities with Commercial Territory Managers. Manage quote follow‑up, update weekly open quote reports, and coordinate with 3rd‑party vendors. Assist in credit and collection activities. Manage order credit approval to prevent delays. Prepare and manage submittals and orders accurately. Coordinate and manage quotes and orders within guidelines for residential districts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 1 year of related experience. Strong interpersonal, listening, persuading, negotiating, and time‑management skills. Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Customer‑service principles, including needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation. Effective written and verbal communication. Intermediate industry and product knowledge. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission. Annual bonus based on company performance. Excellent medical plans. The total target compensation range for this role is $60,000 to $74,000 (90% base salary plus 10% commission, assuming attainment at plan) and additional business objectives incentives. This is a new role with one open position. The position is based in the office, Monday through Friday.
