We would love to have you join our SCI Lease Corp team as a Bilingual Funding Analyst as we expand our growing number of automotive manufacturers and dealer network.You will be responsible for researching and analyzing credit risks, assessing credit history, and reviewing the credit of potential customers. You will also be responsible to audit and validate all lease contract packages received from dealerships, ensuring documentation is compliant with SCI Lease Corp policies and procedures, and submitting requests for funding of all lease transactions. There will also be contact with other company departments, as well as with automobile dealers, insurance companies/brokers, and other finance and credit sources.LIFE AS A BILINGUAL OPERATIONS SPECIALISTAnalyze and evaluate credit applications under specific guidelinesReview and understand credit bureau information to assist with the credit analytics and to help determine affordability and riskReview and verify income from various sources such as pay stubs, notice of assessments and financial statementsReview commercial credit files, credit bureaus and financial statementsCommunicate with dealers and internal departments regarding accounts pending credit approvalAudit lease packages received to ensure all documentation requirements have been met according to policies and proceduresEnsure financials are accurate on the leases and follows the lease program’s parametersLiaise with dealers and sales in the follow up of required documentationProvide support to dealers for various lease inquiries, including assisting with the structuring of dealsProcess a lien registration on each lease received to secure the company’s interest in the vehicle and priority over other creditorsAuthorize the payment to the dealer on a file that has met all requirementsProcess the booking file and enter any additional required informationIS THIS YOUEager to learn new thingsRespect others and committed to building a positive team spirit that champions peer ideasWilling to work independently and dependently as part of a dynamic teamAbility to deal with conflict in a professional mannerAn effective communicator with verbal, written and listening skillsDetail oriented analytic thinking that applies reason to effectively problem-solveAbility to set priorities and manage multiple assignments and tasksEnjoys working in a high volume, fast-paced environmentStrong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skillsAble to support our rotating weekly shift (currently from 9:00 am until 5:30 pm, or 10:30 am until 7 pm EST)What We Are Looking ForMust be bilingual (English and French – both written and verbal)Knowledge of standard Microsoft office softwareExperience in the leasing/automotive or asset-based financing industry is an assetCollege diploma or university degree and/or applicable work experienceWhat’s In It For YouCompany eventsHealth care and insurance benefits programHybrid work from home and office scheduleOn-site gymOn-site parkingRRSP matchWellness programSCI LEASE CORP.
