COACH, SPECIALIST SERVICES COMMITTEE PHYSICIAN QUALITY IMPROVEMENT Join to apply for the COACH, SPECIALIST SERVICES COMMITTEE PHYSICIAN QUALITY IMPROVEMENT role at Northern Health - BC. We’re seeking a Physician Quality Improvement Coach (PQI Coach) funded by the Specialist Services Committee (SSC) to provide foundational support to achieve coordinated and accessible services and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement Modified Triple Aim (improve the health of the population, enhance patient and provider experience, reduce/maintain costs). The PQI Coach will provide ‘at the elbow’ support and training for hospital-based quality improvement, coordinate regular time/space to review data with physicians, and support physicians and teams to trial improvements in their hospital setting. Starting salary will be approximately $88,990 to $111,237, based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions. Location University Hospital of Northern BC (UHNBC), a teaching hospital and the largest acute care facility within the Northern Health Region, located in Prince George.
