Position Purpose And Summary The TWU School of Nursing is an engaged community of nurse scholars and offers undergraduate (BSN) and graduate (MSN, PhD Nursing) programs. The BSN program was launched in 1993 and has seen more than a 1000 graduates since then. The MSN program accepted its first students in 2009, and in 2022 we launched our PhD in Nursing program. TWU Nursing is accredited by the Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing. Trinity Western University’s School of Nursing invites applications for a full-time sessional faculty position August 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026. The ideal candidate should possess a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), with 4 – 5 years of recent experience in nursing practice, and teaching experience at the undergraduate level with positive student evaluations. Preferable experience with (i) competencies in nursing practice in one or more of the following: medicine, surgery, maternity, mental health, public health, pediatrics in clinical; and (ii) teaching experience in nursing skills labs, including SIMulation. The successful candidate will teach in our undergraduate (BSN) program.
