You will oversee and guide your team, define the technical vision, and ensure project success.Main TasksDefine the project's technical direction in collaboration with leadershipManage task priorities in a dynamic development environmentMentor and coach team members involved in technical game designLead positively and effectively within your teamMaintain communication and follow-up with various departmentsQualificationsAt least 7 years' experience in technical game designLeadership experience is a plusStrong communication skills and team management interestPublished at least one title on console/PC in a game design roleDiploma in Computer Science, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Video Games, or related fieldBilingual in English and French is advantageousProficient with multimedia software (Office, Adobe, Atlassian)Skills and ProfileExperience working in Agile environments, resilient to failureDecision-making in complex settingsOpen-minded, empathetic, and leadership-orientedPassionate about video games and their historyEffective communicator (verbal and written)Our ValuesWe believe in using the power of video games to foster positive change—helping the environment, communities, and promoting inclusivity.
